The Stats area of HRS Connect displays workflow, communications and jobs you have created on the database within a specific date range

Overview

Overview

The Overview tab shows your General Activity, Comms Activity, Interviews created and Open jobs on the system within the date range shown in the top right hand corner

To Change the Date Range

1. Click on the calendar icons at the end of the filter start date and filter end date fields

To Filter the Comms Activity

2. Go to the General Comms area and select the appropriate checkboxes to show incoming or outgoing comms or emails, notes, calls or SMS text messages

To view activity detail

4. Click the arrow icon to the end of the activity to view the detail for
