My Hot Candidates is a list of Candidates that you have marked as Hot.
Note: This can only be candidates against which you are logged as the consultant.
To mark a candidate as a hot candidate
1. Find the candidate and ensure you are in form view
2. Check on the Hot checkbox icon in the top right hand corner of the record
3. The candidate will now appear on your My Hot Candidates tab on the Home page
