BT have announced again this morning that they are experiencing issues with their Broadband and Telephone services affecting many people across parts of London and the surrounding area as well as locations around the country. As a result, you may find a total loss of service to HRS or intermittent disconnection issues.
If you are one of these people affected by this network issue, please contact your service provider and also let us know if you are having issues as we may be able to help investigate. Please bear in mind that BT lease their lines to a number of providers so even if your service provider isn't BT, you may still be having these issues.
