HRSi Server Issues - Thursday 20th November

The outage experienced by some of our clients using the HRSi product between the hours of 9:45am and 2:30pm on Thursday the 20th November 2014 was due to an issue related to a configuration error on our web servers.

We have now resolved this and understand where the issue was and have made the appropriate changes to our deployments.

As part of RecruitmentForce’s ongoing efforts to improve our clients experiences we are planning to deploy some updates and bug fixes over the weekend. This could result in some downtime in the product, we anticipate that the disturbance to our clients will be kept to a minimum.

We will begin this work at 6pm GMT on Saturday 22nd November 2014 and expect that the interruption to normal service should be completed within 6hrs.

Our developers have now resolved the issue with the HRSi servers and service has now been restored.

Outage Restore Time: 20/11/2014 @ 14:35pm

We will release a report later this afternoon on the issue and resolution

Our developers are still working hard to resolve the issue with our servers and are currently reconfiguring the IIS web server in order to resolve this issue. At present we are unable to provide an exact time scale for resolution but the team are working to have this resolved as quickly as possible.

We are currently experiencing issues with our HRSi Servers which has resulted in a loss of service to HRSi.

Outage Started: 20/11/2014 @ 09:45am

Our initial investigations have identified an issue with the IIS configuration on our web servers. Our development team are continuing to investigate this issue and we will keep you update on the progress.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
