The outage experienced by some of our clients using the HRSi product between the hours of 9:45am and 2:30pm on Thursday the 20th November 2014 was due to an issue related to a configuration error on our web servers.
We have now resolved this and understand where the issue was and have made the appropriate changes to our deployments.
As part of RecruitmentForce’s ongoing efforts to improve our clients experiences we are planning to deploy some updates and bug fixes over the weekend. This could result in some downtime in the product, we anticipate that the disturbance to our clients will be kept to a minimum.
We will begin this work at 6pm GMT on Saturday 22nd November 2014 and expect that the interruption to normal service should be completed within 6hrs.
