Search results can be saved as canvas lists so that these can be displayed at a later time.
Perform your search
- From List View click the Functions.... button
- Select Save List - Current (Canvas List)
- Click OK
The Canvas list window appears
- Enter a title for the Canvas list in the Search title field at the top
To add contacts from a Canvas List to a longlist or mail merge
- Flag the contacts in the canvas list
- Click the Show flagged contacts button to view the flagged contacts in List view
- Click the Functions.... button
- Choose the appropriate option
To Access a Saved Canvas List
- In People… List View
- Click the Functions…. button
- Select Saved Lists - Restore (Canvas list)
This takes you to the Canvas lists window
