Filtering

1. To quickly find a contact’s record using their First Name, Last Name or both, type the text into the filter field at the top of List View and press Enter

A list of people with 'John' in their First Name, Last Name or Email address is displayed with the matched field highlighted in yellow

2. The number of records found is displayed at the bottom of the screen

To Remove a Filter

3. Click the Show All button at the top of List View

To filter people to show Clients or Candidates

4. Click the Functions… button at the top of List View and select Show All Candidates or Show All Clients

NOTE: People that have been added on to the system as Clients will have their company field shaded in yellow

Select either to Show All from the complete database or just From List if already in a filtered list
