I'm just reviewing a list of applicants in a role. The resourcer has not quite got the right idea but is busy handling another role right now.
It would be great if I could send feedback regarding the applicants.
ie if I reject someone for not having a particular skill or bit of experience then it would be handy to let the resourcer know.
Of course I can do this via email but the list would have to be searched to find the applicant/job/client as opposed to some HRS notification and links to the record(s) applicable.
