Just a few requests wrapped up in one:
- when we create a communication it would be great if the cursor was found already in the category field (currently we have to click on it before typing)
- It would be great to be able to assign a phone type for instance when typing an SMS and no mobile number is set; very annoying when you have missed the setting (especially as an 07 number is obviously a mobile number but the database does not set the phone number type
- having a cancel button would also be cool when creating a communication (one can delete an email but not anything else unless it is first clicked off (saving it in the process) then deleted using the trash symbol)
