We are struggling with having to import candidate documents separately - this is very time consuming with temp workers. If we could have the option of bulk importing documents from an email on to a candidate's record that would be great.
It was mentioned that this feature was sidelined due to the many attachments that come with emails (photos in signatures etc). However it would still be easier to delete these than to import 10 documents one by one.
This has been delivered in HRS Connect v1.6
There is now an option to add email attachments to any Candidate, Company or Job. This can be done in the Email Area and you can link any of the attachments.
Due to data size, we have opted not to deliver an auto-linking feature of all attachments to the Candidate record. This will need to be done manually but will provide benefits of not cluttering your Candidate records. Linking can be done within two clicks depending on the search results of the Candidate's email name.
