I like the quick email function and also the bulk email function in HRS would it be possible for a similar set up that is in the Quick Email to be implemented in the bulk email. So that we can merge information in templates, linking to jobs or clients etc.

I am pleased to say that this is already in development and we expect to deliver this in the next release, it takes the points you have mentioned and utilises a very cost effective bulk emailing service to make the whole process fast and easy without restricting the number of recipients in the bulk email.
