Currently if we parse a CV for a candidate which already exists, the system ignores it.
But for us the existing CV could be anything up to 7 years old.
I know that we can manually search for the candidate and upload a CV and delete the old one.
But if we are doing a bulk CV parse then it would be useful if the system gave us the option to either ignore the cv, or replace the old CV with the new one.
