I thought this or a similar feature existed, but a huge benefit to any busy Consultant would be a "quick view" icon in list view of candidates.
The feature is something I have used in many other applications, where there is a binoculars or equivalent icon next to each candidate in the list, when clicked it launches a pop-up window displaying a CV Preview.
