Currently can select individual or all in a list (for example in the email inbox)
But quite often there are times I want to select a large proportion of the list but not all, so I have to click each one Individually.
On other sites and programmes, this is done using the shift key and clicking the first and last item, which does not seem to work on HRS connect.
