I think it would be useful to be able to give a subject title to notes in the Communications tab. Otherwise meeting notes, for example, can get lost in a long list of other communications.

Just to give you a heads up this has been planned for the next release! We also plan to extend the subject title to all kinds of communications from notes to call logs etc.
These things are never set in stone but it is on the list to be implemented.
