whenever we try to do an initial tag selection for candidate matching, it takes over 5 mins to do.
Once done the list is not saved.
So if you click on a candidate you cannot go back to that list.
It would help if
1) the initial search was faster
2) the list was saved in candidate match until it gets altered again.
NB: the problem with showing in list and saving the list is that when you have to amend the candidate match you have to start all over again and then duplicate the list of people, some of whom you have already seen previously.
With four new jobs to search 20 mins were wasted waiting for the first tag to be found, the list was lost each time. Chaotic and lengthy process.
