I was just having a moment of reflection regarding the database and had an idea.
This is just an idea but what would be really neat is imagine every time we loaded up a CV onto the database, the system could map out the dates that the candidate had been working at their previous employers. Then when you click on a company name within the database you had a tab that allowed you to enter in two fixed dates which then threw up results that highlighted who on our database was working at said company at that particular time.
Would be fantastic way to help network and utilise existing relationships and join up the dots.
Just food for thought but if you think about it, its a great way to exploit current relationships, mapping out business structures and maximising on this information.
