Working on HRS Connect there is no allowance to distinguish the type of outbound communications ‘Telephone Call’ made and for me (or anyone) to KPI against this would be impossible. So I am asking whether it could be feasible to add some dropdown menu fields to the Telephone Call so the type of call can be distinguished. Suggestions could be as simple as:

Candidate Call

Sales Call
-
Key Sell Call
For a Key Sell Call it would be fantastic if the candidate (person) you are selling in to that client could be added (via dropdown menu). This way you can see who you have been/are discussing with the client on both the client and candidate records.
I note for future release plans that a CV spec will add to the candidate record, so it would be great if the Key Sell Call worked on a similar basis of functionality.
