A great feature that is used on pro is the ability to send emails (via outlook) and still have the email attached to the candidate/contact record. This really helps when send bulk emails to candidates. It is definitely a feature that I would love to see on connect!

HRS Support Hi Jack,
With Connect if you choose to sync your sent items folder then emails sent from Connect will not only appear against the candidate or contacts record but will also sit in the comms log of that candidate or contact within the database.
