I think something which we're finding more often, especially with the addition of new employees is how easy it is to change candidates' details on HRS. I think rather than being able to change details once you click on the associated area, it should lock them automatically, and open with the "pen" icon, like you do with the address.
This will prevent accidentally changing candidates names, contact numbers and e-mail addresses.

Thanks for the suggestion, we have already rolled out a change in the HRS Connect v1.3 release, that prevents the Company, Contact, Candidate and Jobs names/title from being changed without going into the edit area. We do not plan to roll this out across all the fields of the database as we have a number of client who really like the ability to edit and save data without having to carry out a number of edit/save actions.
