It would be useful to have a field within the candidate profile to show what companies or roles they have already submitted their CV to if they give you that information.

Hi Julia

Within HRS Connect there are Custom Fields, these can be named in the Admin > Settings area and then you can save any additional data in these fields, you could name a few fields to cover the type of data you are looking to save against the profile.
