I'd like to be able to bulk import jobs (like we can at present with candidates and contacts)
With the absence of a duplicate feature, It would be handy to be able to add multiple jobs that are exactly the same but in dufferent locations.
It would also be handy if you have received a jobs list from a client.
We have delivered the Duplicate option as this is easier to use and affords the opportunity to create multiple jobs in a few clicks. We looked at the import option, but unfortunately there were too many options involved tp make this work efficiently. In addition, the child data such as documents, short and long lists and tags would not be able to be imported easily.

Thanks for your suggestion, we will be reviewing all outstanding requests in the coming weeks as we plan our next release of HRS Connect. There will be an update here when the features of the next release have been finalised.

Hi,
We would like to be able to duplicate a job and then amend it slightly. When the job is duplicated it is given the next job number but you are able to make any further amendments such as change in Line Manager, etc or just so that you have fresh data on i.e. the job was taken on several months previously and therefore we can start with a fresh set of candidates.

I am pleased to say that a Duplicate Job option will be available in the next release of HRS Connect. There will be further information closer to the release of v1.4 regarding final feature list and release date.
