When you pull an unformatted CV over to the left to convert to a formatted PDF/word CV it loses any bold/underlining, bullet points tend to go askew and if you do want to highlight things you cant do it quickly.
Having a few simple options would be great - Bold / Italic / Underline / Bullets or Numbers / Colour etc.

As per the call, just to clarify this is to have Buttons to quickly change highlighted text to Bold / Italic / Underline / Bullets or Numbers / Colour etc when creating a pdf formatted CV.
As discussed the Format menu does have the option to do this but what I should have seen and mentioned is that some of these options also have shortcuts which would make the formatting faster e.g. to quickly make selected text Bold you just need to click ctrl + Shift + B (win) / cmd + Shift + B (Mac)
This will still be reviewed for the next release though.

Thanks Chris. Am aware of the keyboard shortcuts but as mentioned, speed is the key, nothing will be faster than simple buttons.
