4 is not enough when you're dealing with senior candidates, having to cut out half their CV which is awful.
I know you can pick 3 or 4 pages.. needs to be upto 8 ideally.

We have had similar feedback to this before, which is why we added the option for the Formatted Word CV. The Formatted Word CV does not have a restriction on the number of pages that can be used.
