Lets say I have 3 windows open with HRS. I've named one 'INCOMING CALLS' another 'CANVASS LIST' and another 'LONG LIST' and another 'GENERAL'
So I'm working through a canvass list and the phone rings and its a candidate. I want to go to the candidates record so I minimise the windows ive open and would go to my 'incoming calls' window to search for the candidate rather than come out of my canvass list, go to people and then after the call have to find my canvass list and where i was up to. Makes sense but the problem is you minimise your windows and cant see which one is the 'incoming calls' or the window i want to see. They all look the same - See attachment/Screen shot'
