Could we have a "history" button to allow you to move to a certain record you've viewed that day?

On a previous system (Invenias) we had a "history"button. This captured every single page you had visited that day and when you hit the button there was a dropdown of all those records. If we can't have multiple pages open at the same time, this button would save me a lot of time to be able to move around the system to my frequently visited records. Out internet is slow which means we see the dreaded "coffee mug"a lot , so this would be a big time saver for us.
