This is a suggestion for an upgrade that I feel would be beneficial.
When an applicant clicks the "Apply Now" button on a vacancy advertised on our website a new tab is opened which is the application template. There are a number of fields that require the applicant to input their details but one field is the Job Ref and this just gives a dropdown box with a large number of job references to select from. What would be really good is if this field could already be populated with the job reference, this could be taken from the relevant field on the job advert on our website which was generated from HRS when the job advert was created. This would then mean the applicant wouldn't have to remember to go back to the job advert tab, some applicants don't realise they have to go back to the previous tab, and would make the application process much easier.
I am concerned we are getting a lot of traffic to our website but applicants are put off when asked to fill this field in and therefore don't complete and submit their application.
