Would it be possible to change the field the Job Reference on the Tiro Job Board so that it automatically pulls this from the Int. Ref. rather than the Client Ref. As the Client.Ref. is made up of the beginning characters of the company and the job obviously gives the location of the job it would sometimes be possible for the potential candidate to deduce which company is advertising the vacancy and make a direct application.
