We've all been shown the way of searching all candidate records, which is extremely long winded and relatively tricky.
It is crying out for a traditional search function
Being able to click 'find' then going into 'CV & Docs' and being able to type a true boolean string with AND OR NOT () "" etc. would be incredible
It would save a load of time (with all the layering it means a simple 20 second boolean string will take 5 mins) and make HRS much more easy to use
