Client Contact Name Field

At the moment the client contact name field is "full Name" this does not look personal when creating an email template. Can the field be split to First Name and a separate field for Surname. Then when an email template is created we can use the field of <contact first name> etc

Hi Tony

In the Templates area, above and below the tag Contact Full Name <<contact_name>> are the alternative options of Contact First Name <<contact_first_name>> and Contact Last Name <<contact_last_name>>.

This allows you to customise you template to suit your personal preferences.
