It would be brilliant if this were a one click feature.
Most of our target applicants cannot have phones with them.
We rely upon sending txts.
Currently, it takes 3 clicks, one to open "Communications tab" another to open the "+" button and a third to open the SMS feature

Thanks for your request, however, it seems a bit contradictory to your other request about improving our VOIP offering.
We will review all outstanding requests once we have completed the current release.
I hope you can appreciate that most users have different requests of the system and we do have our own roadmap of features that we try to deliver in a timely and cost effective manner. We also strive to keep HRS Connect easy and simple to understand and use, enabling us to train all users with the only online videos and quick, concise webinar training.
