Hi assuming that we get telephone dialling (which should be a part of any database since ten years now (sorry but it's true), can we ask for a field for telephone numbers for other sites.

Thanks for your request, it's unfortunate that you see HRS Connect as missing essential features, however, you are one of only a few customers to have requested some of these features. Please also be aware that just because we have a request it doesn't mean we will deliver, and even when requests are in the 'planned' stage, there is no guarantee that we will deliver this as we may not be able to complete the work in time or may come across other issues during development.
We will review this request along with all the other requests you have made next year when planning the next release, in the meantime, there is a notes field against Sites that will support your need to record supplementary data such as phone numbers.

Thanks, I do understand. The validity of a request should not be based on whether someone is alone in suggesting it.
However, the validity of a request should not be based on whether someone is alone in suggesting it. Voting button would help to show if it's seen as a good thing.
However, I would like to ask how am I to call a client if they are on a different site? What number would one use? Has training an idea of how to overcome this without having to put it in the note field for a site address? It's embarassing to keep calling a switchboard to be told that person is not on this site.
