Notes within a Job

There should be a place that we can make internal notes within a job.
Communications is no good as it only gives you the option to add a note regading a contact.

I just want to leave internal notes to my coliegues and not associated with anyone within the company the job is for. 

Can't use the additional info section as this is where the socil  posted pulls info from.

Also why is there loads of dead space under Education, qualifications etc within jobs? Can't you make it so we can read everything within these fielswithout squinting and scrolling to read three lines? I have to guess you will be using this space for the new GDPR update.
