Currently you have two options for "Job Type", temp and perm.
I would like to see temp / perm and contractor options.
Most of our contractors are hired on a monthly salary basis rather than a day / hourly rate and we charge a flat monthly fee to the client (this varies) + wage + NI and I am unable to set up your current system to fit these needs.
We do also have people who are on a day rate, some months they get between 18-22 working days but our fees are the same for the full month eg, £600 per day x 21 + national insurance @13.8% + £500 fees = Monthly total.
We also have sales contractors that get performance bonuses, would love to be able to add these as this happens a lot, I have to be able to track both revenue and profit.
Your timesheet section is highly confusing as well, no training videos on how to use that feature that I can find. Check job placement 10118: SDR (German) for reference.
