Reason for leaving

It would be great to see a dedicated text box in Candidate records / front screens for their reason for leaving their current / most recent role.  

It's extremely advantageous to know this information about every candidate

  Hi Richard

  That is a great idea and most of clients use the notes fields to do that however I agree it would be useful.

  I will look into getting this feature request added to the development pipeline, however for now, please use the custom fields which are on the candidate details page. You can label the custom fields whatever you wish so I suggest labelling one as "Reason for Leaving".
