I would like to see a function that allows me to create a list then add the field "CV source" as CW Jobs for all 50 candidates at once rather than how it has to be done now.

Carl Official comment Hi Ian
Glad to hear you like Connect and we're very proud of the GDPR release which as you mention is imminent.
Re dev guys, we may well need your services towards the end of summer and will keep you in mind.
Thanks, Carl

Ian Diver Not just that field but all fields, language, city, county, position sought.
This would be a huge time saver for me. -
Martin Smith Ok if you only have one source. I'd like the cv source to be automatically input from logicmelon which it does not always do.
-
Ian Diver I am hoping that once all the features are working that it does pull through this data, i do find myself with 40/50 records all from one site or another that would be much easier if i could select all, add County, source, possition sought etc for all of them.

Martin Smith Developers have a tough job pleasing all of us all of the time. That said, a lot of what we are requesting should be included already imo
GDPR development has taken up the resource so a lot of things we'd otherwise be enjoying now, have had to be postponed.
The product has great features but still seems to need a lot of workarounds.
Just my opinion.

Ian Diver I did not use any of the old HRS systems, I really like connect.
Honestly can't wait till monday for the GDPR release.
If you guys want some great Dev guys, give me a shout ;) -
Vicky Nesbitt Hi Ian
Just wanted to answer this as we are currently planning for the next release.
As much as we would love to build this feature in for you guys we have found from past experience that features such as this can be somewhat dangerous! For this reason this is not a feature we will be likely to build in.
Support are happy to help you guys if you need to perform bulk replaces so please don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you need such actions performed.
Kind Regards
Vicky Nesbitt

Ian Diver That’s great, thank you Vicky.
I will just save them to lists and put the changes in the title. -
Martin Smith Hi, just to put this into perspective, I have 13 submitted applicants to reject for one job alone.
Having filled the role we need to be able to mark them as rejected
just saying
-
Martin Smith it takes 4 clicks per
1) to bring up the workflow list
2) one to choose the rejected item
3) another to close the rejected details form (unless leaving info)
4)email function is good for one or two but to deal with all it's taking too much time)
5) to say no to creating a follow up
Times this by thirteen on this occasion
The dilemma is that when replying to one person, the process is great, change the status, fill in details and send email.
No good for 13
-
Martin Smith Plus in a list of say CV sent, I changed the status to candidate rejected and it did not who up, ie refresh, changed it four times before realising this was not refreshing.

Ian Diver Martin,
I just change the Longlist progress field to rejected 13 times, filter for the rejected, show in list, bulk email.
It would be nice to have a tick box next to the longlist progress dropdown that you can select multiple candidates then change all progress with one click.
