I would suggest there is an option to mark CVs as sent to client without generating an email to send the CVs - many clients use portals and we have to submit CVs this way, but still need to log the activity.

The CV submission in HRS Connect is done through the workflow functions button. When you choose CV Send, a popup window opens. To record the cv send without creating an email, all you need to do is close the popover.
Only one click and the details are logged in the Job, Candidate & Organisation.

Martin Smith As an option - yes but wouldn't want to have to click it on every submission ie it would be great to toggle on which will stay that way until the next wave of CV submissions that might require an email and the option could then be toggled back.
ie a toggle default without having to go to "system setup"
