When clicking on a candidate from the longlist we currently get bounced to the Applicants long list layout. It would be better if we got taken to the doc and CV text layout of the applicant in question or even better taken there and the CV be launched if available.
One click per applicant review rather than 5. Plus this avoids erroneously clicking back to the Job long list by mistake (if distracted by a call etc).
Plus after changing the longlist progress you have to click twice on the blue arrow for the applicant (once to take the focus off the status - yes it tries to add a status when you press the nav button).
These simple changes will save time, increase efficiency whilst removing distractions (wrong layout) and sticky processes (two clicks to launch applicant after setting a status.)
