Ian Diver I was just about to sort VOIP and X-lite, if you are telling me that this does not log the communication, then i won't bother. Pointless

Martin Smith Ian, Voip is ok but X-lite removed the dial function.
We had to upgrade from X-lite to Bria 5.
At first we feared we'd have to be reliant upon Bria to create a new record but of course if we press the dial button in HRS it opens the dial feature and hence with a line or two of extra code HRS Connect should create a new record .We like the dial out feature, saves mitsyped numbers etc. ;-)
