It would be great to have a notification pop up when you have To Do's that need to be completed that day.
Currently you have to go into the calendar itself and open up your To Do's one by one.

It is possible to send To Dos or tasks to your reminder app on a Mac and task list in Outlook on Windows. Obviously your reminder app syncs to your phones and other devices which will mean you get reminders even when you're on the road.
