Research list (name in one field)

It would be great if you could make the name section within the research_list_import_template just one name.

Currently, I export lists of applicants from job sites, all of these csvs have the name in full in one box. I then have to split these names in a long drawn out process to put them into the research list. 

If you had the full name in one box it would save me huge amounts of time with these lists. (I'm not really using lists at the moment but would if it had less messing about with splitting fields that should just be copy paste).
