Capture time spent (any comms, work, meetings) vs Profitability of assignments

To assess the profitability of each assignment/job. There is no way of capturing how long staff spent on each assignment to establish profitability of each job/client assignment.

We have previously mentioned this to Carl and surprised that other businesses are not hoping to capture the same info.

This needs to be a small change of allowing a "to" and "from" time for communications to be stipulated when entering comms on a job, and a running total shown on the job itself.

Reports can then be run against this data to show time spent. There is no way of capturing and being able to report on this currently? We are now considering capturing this on spreadsheets.
