Searching – Client Industry & Nature of Business / Employment Market & Position Sought – They must be searchable as they appear in the value lists and NOT alphabetically.

  You can copy your lists from the admin section, pop them into excel and alphabetise and paste them back into HRS, no drama at all. 
  
  I would like to be able to press S and it jumps to Sales for example. This would save a lot of bother.

  Hello Ian,

  I appreciate your response although I'm not sure if my message has been understood. 

  My value lists have been prioritised by importance as certain key words used extensively as opposed to others. They appear in the value lists as how I would want them to appear in the drop down box when searching however this is not the case as they appear alphabetically
