I like the sign-up link that is now available with v1.9 for candidates.
For our company the following fields would be an advantage:
- Job title sought
- Salary sought
- Location sought OR their county they reside in at the absolute minimum.
- Date of availability
- Languages spoken & fluent / advanced / some understanding sub categories
- System tags dropdown would also be double handy so they can tag their own profile with their key skills rather than relying on system tags that are hit and miss
