Changes to the way HRS handles no set mobile number when sending sms

 Currently, the system only alerts you to the fact there is no mobile number set after you have composed your message and pressed send, this then leads to you having to navigate through a series of dialogue boxes including being asked if you would like to create a follow up to do (this appears twice.)

Would it be possible to get the system to alert you when you first select the SMS button in the new communication tab?
