More delete options for candidates

We need more delete options for candidates

When you run a search of candidates you invariably notice there are doubles/ trebles of the same candidate.

What would be really handy is if you can check the box/ flag the ones you want and go to 'flag options' and have a 'delete flagged' option. Or even the little bin emoji in the left corner to make it even quicker

Currently you have to go into each record and delete from there.

Not a big deal if you only have 1 or 2 but if you have search results of a few hundred you'd spend too long deleting.

Issue is usually from when we have a number of consultants working similar roles you invariably have the same people applying for them meaning we get 4/5/6/7 of the same person on HRS and then only notice when doing a mailshot with mailgun.

Apologies for the extremely long delay here! We are currently working through the backlog of feature requests as this area was somewhat neglected in the gear up to the GDPR release.

Part of the GDPR release should solve this issue for you thankfully! We have now introduced mass delete function. This feature is only available for the system super user which in this instance is you. We came to this decision as we didn't want this functionality to fall into the wrong hands.

All you need to do is gather the found set of contacts or candidates in list view and click Delete All, then follow the process through.
