Problem - Once a candidate is parsed into the system it is very easy to LOSE the candidate and have them floating in the system with no activity scheduled. It would be difficult to keep track of them via the calendar events.
It would be great to be able schedule future calls and emails for candidates through the communications tab that roll forward until completed or re-scheduled or cancelled.
In the past I've worked with useful reports built around this facility. One example is:- Candidates marked as hot or flagged with no future activity which is a very good way of keeping track of candidates and a useful management tool.
