When in a candidate you can only add people to a long or short list by doing a search by job title only. All our positions are sales and therefore have to scroll through loads of open sales jobs to find the right one. Am option for company search would be quicker.

Stuart Miller I have created and submitted a request covering this aspect. We have many vacancies throughout the country with the same job title and when we get a good candidate they could be suitable for several vacancies therefore it would be good to be able to bulk longlist/shortlist these vacancies.

Andy Price SHORTLISTING CANDIDATES
When adding a candidate to the longest or shortlist for a vacancy from the candidate screen, you seem to only be able to search by job title in the shortlist/longlist tab. This would not have any real use as many job titles are identical and therefore if there is only one field to search in order to add the candidate the list it search should only by company name. The only way currently to add a candidate to a shortlist or long list as a result is to come out of the candidate, go into the job and add it from there which adds an unnecessary process.
