When looking at emails in HRS if they are not on the database there is a brown ‘sad face’ - if you click on this you can quickly add the contact and also link them to a client or add a new client.
When adding a new client it asks for name and address; it would be great if there were also fields to add the phone number and their website. It would save having to shut down that page, open the client list, find that client, open it and add the info from there.
