Extra ‘buttons’ for templates

When setting templates there are a few things I would like to be able to add but can’t see in the list (unless it has a different name)

- A button for the company (client) website <<client_website>> or something similar
- A button for the company (client) name <<client_name>> or something similar
- A button for just the city of the location for the company/client so when doing a mailshot you’re able to add the city location (and not the full postal address) into the emails (e.g. London/ Milton Keynes/ Manchester etc.)

  TEMPLATES AND SHORTLISTING CANDIDATES

  There are some template substitution codes missing that we have to have within connect to use it effectively:

  Essentials
  [[Company URL]]
  [[Job Details]] 
  
  Very nice to have
  Candidate Mobile number (used for when confirming a telephone interview to candidate and client) - this one is not completely essential.
  Also very useful (but not essential) would be candidate reference number as this can be used for specing out a CV instead of including the candidate name in a formatted CV
  
  

  SHORTLISTING CANDIDATES

  When adding a candidate to the longest or shortlist for a vacancy from the candidate screen, you seem to only be able to search by job title in the shortlist/longlist tab.  This would not have any real use as many job titles are identical and therefore if there is only one field to search in order to add the candidate the list it search should only by company name.  The only way currently to add a candidate to a shortlist or long list as a result is to come out of the candidate, go into the job and add it from there which adds an unnecessary process.

  This has been planned and will be delivered as part of the next release of HRS Connect, this is expected to be around February 2016.
